I need to be able to link a Document to the sheets, just like linking a Submittal or an RFI to the sheet. There are many times where I have additional information that is not a submittal, but more of supplemental information like a material installation manual or a layout that was not part of the original drawings that the field needs to reference. Adding the Document as a Submittal is a 4 or 5 step process and it would be much easier to link the Document straight to the sheet.
This also helps when you're importing an existing project into Teams. For example, my company is switching from PlanGrid to Viewpoint Team and I had a bunch of submittals and RFI's that needed to be added to Team and linked to the drawings. I had to go through the submittal adding process and click through all the "phases" of issuing and approving just to get the document available to link to the sheet.
