Allow Markups on Submittal Drawing or any pdf we open

Drawings can be marked up from the Documents module, but we would like to add markups to the submitted drawings so those comments can be sent to the Consultants for approval.  Since we can download them, mark them up, then re-attach, would be great to have the markups option available for any pdf we open.

  Please include the ability to mark up documents and drawings with .pdfs or sketches so that people using the drawings can see new details when a full sheet replacement is not issued in an RFI response or ASI

  Looks like this is on the horizon looking at other topics. Would be good to be able to upload "Stamp" so that markup could be added. It will be interesting to see how TEAM addresses this requirement on a coversheet.

  Markup for Attachments Merged

  There is no web browser markup tool for attachments. This will become a must have or we lose on a major gap. Right now you have to download the file, make annotations and upload it again.

  Allow markup/stamping of Submittals and RFI's Merged

  The mark up tools are nice for the documents but it would help to be able to mark up Submittals and RFI's so there is one main document moving forward thru the process to avoid someone grabbing the wrong file.
