We would much prefer to be able to control which reports users can see and run. Currently analytics is setup that if you have access to it, you see everything and there is no wiggle room.
We have many variations of users that will need to run reports: Consultants, Owners, Project Managers, Field Users etc. Not all of these users should see the contract values reports, the vendor billings but need to see a Overdue Submittal report across all of their projects. They definitely shouldn't see a Job Cash Flow report.
We would like an option to hide ALL standard reports. We would make a copy, edit then save it as a public report. At this point, this is where you can have the Project Roles setup so we can choose which roles can see this report.
This is also where the suggestion from over 3 years ago to create our own security groups would be helpful as we have users that need to create Submittals and RFIs and delete folders and upload drawings, but NOT see job billings, cash flows, change management data etc.
We need to see Public Reports in the modules (ie in each module under the Reports drop down only shows Standard Reports).
