We would like to share a customized daily report (Ask #1) that we can have certain parts of the Daily report filled out by specific people (Ask #2) and ONLY by those designated. For example, if there was an incident on site, I only want the direct manager and the individual who witnessed the situation to be able to fill out that section of the report, and do not have the ability to alter any other parts of the report the PM or PE fills out. Having an email or mobile app notification would be nice where you can respond in the email without logging into the software similar to the RFI/submittal workflow and have the response show up and be time stamped would be ideal (Ask #3).
