Allow for Non-TEAM Users within Work Log under Daily Logs

Currently, in order to add a person to the Work Log in Daily Logs, they have to be added in TEAM and given a Project Role. Sometimes there are people coming out to a job site that would need to be tracked under the Work Log, however don't need to be given access to TEAM or the Project within TEAM.

This could be possible by allowing for Contact Only users added to Project Contacts to be used on top of Contacts given a Project role.

    We could utilize this option immediately. If we could add individual crew members names to the work log without adding them as a project role or invite that would reduce our needs to produce multiple forms to document their presence on the site.
