We'd like a individual project setting that allows submittals and RFIs to default to “public” upon creation instead of “private”.

I want all my subcontractor and consultants to be able to see the RFIs and submittals.

We are planning to make adjustments to the project roles that should solve the visibility of submittals and rfis. I am going to mark this as 'Will Not Implement'.

Could we have this as a Project Setting ie per project we can choose? Some projects we want to be public, but some we need all to default to Private.

With our folder structure most are private so we'd prefer if this could be a Project Setting option to change so all of our imported folders are not set to Public.

Great suggestion. Have been thinking same for a while now. I love the simple Public/Private improvements but most items on a Project would be Public. The would be best default.
