We often have foreman who need to take a snip of a specific section of a drawing or a submittal page. Is there any way we can have a snip tool added to the tools within the software

This would be nice to have especially for people working exclusively on a tablet. For anyone working off a laptop there is the "Snipping Tool" which allows you to take a user defined screen shot of a portion of the screen.
