We often have several different people in our subcontractor company working on a project, so when we cc additional contacts they are then able to add attachments but we are not getting a notification that a document has been added to the submittal.

We have found that when you set up the project to make Distribution Groups so you can add people to that group as the project progresses if needed. If you assign the sbmtl to the Distribution Group then any of them can advance it. This is relatively new and we find it working well. A caveat is if you make the group after the sbmtl has been assigned to individual and then change it to the group, it will no longer be in the Assigned To Me list of that individual unless you reassign it by changing the State and reissue it back to the Group. You may also introduce them to the comment section but then it is not automated and you have to rely on them posting a comment.
