Use a folder structure for organizing submittals by division and spec section. When you have hundreds of submittals for one project navigating the list of submittals is exhausting. They should be filed under folders by division or spec section.

Yes we'd like the grouping option so we can have it open in a collapsed version which can be opened by group or expand all etc.
We're already considering this, likely to be a 'grouping' feature in the grid. So you can choose to group by any item, like Division/Spec Section and expand/collapse these areas much like folders. You'll also be able to save this grouping as part of your saved views.
