We cannot use the Drawing module due to the limitations on the file naming, so we store all our drawings in Document folders. As well, we have trades and consultants uploading drawings on RFIs and Submittals.
The new feature allows markups to be done on drawings on mobile, however, only if they are open from the Drawing module. Markups in the web version can be done from any drawing no matter the origin (Submittal, RFI, Document, Issue etc). This should be the same on Mobile.
FYI: Since we've started over 15 projects outside of the Drawings module because we can't use it, we won't be able to use this module even if the issues are fixed since they already exist in Documents.

We are still in implementation, but have been testing TEAM since this will be the method of sending field tickets to our field staff. They will be pulling up field tickets and supporting maps via RFI's. It is imperative that they be able to mark these documents up in the field via the mobile APP. We will have probably 200 active jobs at one time with then need for multiple service tickets on each job. So, storing in documents really isn't an option for us as we need to be able to attach and mark up to each individual service order/ticket dispatched to the field.
