We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. The ability for stamps to be saved for a user to use them online, and for a cover sheet to be viewed and edited without printing to PDF (e.g. Approval Stamping) would be the most useful addition to team for us.
There should be a way to upload a standard stamp for your entire organization to use, making it easier to use when the file is not saved directly to your workstation.
this has already apparently been added. when hovering over the stamp button you can click the stamp and it will ask you for a file. not very well documented the fly down kind of suggests the button is just a header
