Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

Option to Start Submittal in In Review State

We have many Trades that just will not submit their shop drawings through Team (where they just email them to us) or we already have them and just need to send them to the Consultants for approval.

Currently, we have to create the Submittal, NOT click Issue but Save, change State manually to In Review, making sure NOT to notify ie uncheck the notify then we Send for Approval.

Would be nice to just skip the submit ball in court and go right to the Send fro Approval.  The entering of the Trade on the Submittal is just for reporting purposes.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs. Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
