The project settings allow for setting access to RFI types by access types, subcontractor, architect, etc. The RFI allows for private and public setting, but anyone that has access to an RFI type could see all RFIs regardless of public or private settings. Should the private setting override and allow for only the people associated with the RFI allowed access to view the RFI until the RFI gets set to public. This will be helpful as we have two types of RFIs, one for subs to send to us and one we send to the architect. This will allow us the restrict subcontractor access to project RFIs returned from the architect and RFIs that the subcontractor submitted only.
