Ability to modify the layout RFI Form

I have several thoughts on the RFI Form.

 

  • Currently When printing an RFI, it will print on 2 pages with an answer. 
    • We need to be able to Print an RFI and attach it the back side of the drawing page it relates to.

For Instance: When there is no suggestion or drawings attached to the RFI, It is a huge blank space resulting in printing the comments on the 2nd page. 

  • Ability to Upload Logo
  • Subject is more clear and easier to find
  • Ability to mark a response as 'Official'
    • There are times were the Eningeer / Architect will ask a question and there are a few comments going back and forth. Having the ablity to 'Mark Official Reponse' Makes it easier and quicker to find. (ProCore uses this feature) So when Printing an RFI, you can choose, Print RFI w/ Official Responses only. 

I have attached an RFI via ProCore that I feel keeps it more flowing and useful.

    I have the same complaint, RFI should be printed to a single page so that I can post to drawings.
