When adding multiple drawings to an RFI I typically separate them with a comma and it forces you to "Add a new Drawing number" which turns into something like " 02-U0252322, 02-F-F00-52-001, and 03-L02-1003-H" added all as one drawing number. It should pull each drawing as a single drawing to add and when a certain character is entered (such as a comma or semi-colon), then the suggested search results should begin showing similar drawing numbers for the next drawing you are in the process of entering.
The suggested results that should appear should also be pulling its suggestions from the file names in the DOCUMENTS tab as opposed to ones you manually enter when "Adding a new drawing" on the RFI entry form.
The 3rd portion of this issue is that there is a limit for the amount of characters that are allowed in both the drawing number and spec section on the entry forms for both RFI's & Submittals. We often come across having to write RFI's that have a broad reach over the entire building or over multiple floors and thus there is a need to be able to add as many Drawing Numbers or Spec Sections without a limited amount of characters
