Public Agencies often must use their specific form and force the contractors to do the same. If the form must be completed outside of TEAM and then uploaded as a second document, it kind of defeats the purpose of TEAM. See attached example of the type of form needed with the SF Port. They have a different form for RFIs and Submittals, which both must be used. Without the ability to incorporate their form, the Port team will not participate in TEAM, making the product a lot less useful for us.

When will this be implemented?
Custom Cover Sheets need to be implemented ASAP.
Just like Vista, we have multiple options to choose from (1 cover sheet to request from subs/suppliers, 1 cover sheet when its being submitted for review & 1 cover sheet when we, the general contractor, are sending it back as final approval to the sub/suppler).
The 1 cover sheet Team offers does NOT fit the needs. There is no customization that will cover all 3 needs in 1 document.
There should be a cover sheet available at each stage of the submittal process.
Currently, there is zero documentation available to customize a coversheet going back to the sub/supplier, showing documentation of the approval, date it went back and who it was going to. There are major improvements needed ASAP.
Yes!
Makes no sense to me to have to save a template cover sheet and have to download the package/submittal from Team once received so that the cover sheet attaches and then reupload the document again. Team needs to allow quick access to attach within the program so GC and stamp reviewed before sending for arch approval. Way to inefficient!
I submitted a similar comment just now. This is in the "planning to implement" section, but was posted in 2018. When will this be shipped?
