We are a subcontractor that works for the GC. Most of them require that our submittal cover sheet list the name and address of the Architect, MEP Engineer and the Construction Manager. Your submittal cover page doesn't have any of these fields. Why not have the project settings have a place for all of the project information. That way when you create a submittal cover page this information already populates on there. Right now we create our own form, insert all of our documents outside of Team and then upload it to Team which is time consuming.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

It would also be nice to list the submitter on the cover page.
I agree that it would be good to show the addresses. I had an architect require a hard copy so as a GC, I printed the submittal sheet to put with the items and gave it to our receptionist to be sent out, BUT the Team Submittal Transmittal pages don't have addresses like the Viewpoint Vista pages (which maybe my company designed on their own). It would be convenient.
