We have to upload or take pictures in Photo menu in Team and reload them as attachments. The guys like to use their phones on the site for pictures and a tablet or PC for daily logs. They can't attach pictures from the photo menu so they have to download them or transfer them to the other device in order to attach them to reports.

Yes I completely agree with this. I have been waiting 20 minutes to upload 3 photos on my phone to the photos section.
