We need an additional column in the Contacts tab for Job Title. Just a text field or dropdown list that we can edit that will allow us to quickly identify what the persons actual title is like Project Manager, BIM Coordinator, Quality Control, etc. The Trade column is to tell us what trade they belong to (Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC). The Role column only gives their permissions level in which all of our subcontractors receive the Subcontractor or Collaborator role. There's no way to distinguish positions within the companies.
A Title column would quickly let us know who we are contacting within a company.
