Currently when an RFI or Submittal is answered and we go to send it back to our subtrades, it gives us the option to "add an attachment", which will add in the attachment to the email notification and upload it to the submittal/RFI. the issue is, if the consultant has already uploaded a response to the RFI/Submittal, we need to download it and reattach it when we send it back in order for the email to include the attachment. This also creates a duplicate attachement in teams.
The ability to select existing attachments that are in teams to include in the emails would help streamline the process, and everyone would still be able to access all the attachments by going to the actual teams page
