Allow Project Editor to hide the past attachments so that the only thing prominently displayed on a RFI or Submittal record is the current file that should be addressed. For example a sub attaches his file for submittal. PM reviews, stamps and adds that to the record. Ideally, the PM could hide the sub's original file or move it to an archive folder on that submittal. Then, after the architect stamps and posts their final version, before the PM Releases the Submittal, the PM's file could be hidden so that only the final submittal files are displayed.

This is a major issue! We can't control what end users are downloading. Please fix ASAP.
When will this be implemented?? Any target date?
We also delete files so their is no risk associated with the wrong files being downloaded/viewed.
That would be a good interim fix to this. We don't love the idea of the extra step of deleting attachments and the chance of inadvertently deleting something that should have been.
Curious to see this in action.
We are planning to scope attachments added to the submittal to the state that they were attached at so that as a submittal moves through the flow, the participants are seeing the "current" attachments. Short term target.
We simply delete the old files. Chances are you have a copy you downloaded to build your sbmtl if need later but keeping them all in same place on TEAM would create confusion for sure.
