From the beginning of the proposed MSE Wall (Option 2) north approximately 129 LF the elevation of the lot rises on.y 0.70'. This results in a slope of 0.54% which is half of the minimum slope required to drain asphalt. I would suggest that a concrete waterway be constructed at the face of the wall. The slope being presented would meet the minimum requirement to drain water using a concrete surface.
