A lot of times we have different forms that we are required to use, per our Customer. What would be useful would be a upload option that would allow us to upload any document and be able to insert fields on the template. Attached is a sample document that we are required on (1) of our jobs to utilize. We are doubling our work by having to fill out the RFI on here and create another document to deliver to the Govt.

This would ultimately determine whether the RFI's & Submittals would be useful for us beyond tracking them internally. The general contractor on a current project requires certain fields on the cover sheet of our RFI's & Submittals. Idealy we would have Vista team generate the submittal or RFI (which looks much more organized and professional than our current excel generated cover sheet), but because there is no place to put the GC's Required fields in other than the question or suggestion boxes on RFI's we cant use the generated form. As im sure all of us need changes like this one immediately but this would be most useful for us during the current time in the project that I'm working on as it is currently heavy with submittals and RFI's.
