Currently TEAM Project/Admin and Vista Pm Firm Contacts do a partial read/write. Until TEAM has all PM Documents (2018?) and there is no reason to work in Vista PM then there has to be full synchronization of firms/contacts between TEAM Project/Admin Contacts and Vista Firms/Contacts. The consequences of this not happening are duplications, PM Firms /Contacts attached to an AP Vendor in Vista incorrectly or possibly twice, etc. We are already out of Sync in the Sales environment with no sure way to fix this except a one by one comparison. I would not advise bringing a customer live before this is fixed.
