Project Editors should be able to forward a closed RFI or Submittal to other Team members, even those who weren't on the initial RFI or Submittal thread. Examples of this usefulness would be if a question gets re-asked by someone else that was thoroughly discussed and answered already. Quickly forwarding on the closed item solves the problem.
