When selecting contacts to include on RFI and Submittal distributions, other contacts that are not working on the specific project are listed. Is there a way to remove all non project assigned contacts from the distribution list?

Can we get an update on this? This is low hanging fruit that would make it so much more usable.

If you simply scroll down the list, it only displays contacts that you've invited to this project, but if you start typing the name it will display any team contact unrelated to the project or even to our company. We should have the ability to limit it to people we've invited to this project (same with cc's.) I guess your trying to save a step, but this list is too long and prone to error - picking someone with the same name from a different company for example.

As a a further suggestion, could there be a place where we set up the default contact person for Submittals and RFI's and then it would auto populate on each one? Would need the option to change it on the individual RFI or submittal if necessary, but that would be helpful.
