Yes, still working on this one, it just turned out to be a larger effort than we initially anticipated. We plan to have distribution groups available both as assignees and CC for RFIs/Submittals/Issues
In the meantime I also wanted to highlight we added the ability to have multiple responders for an RFI in the 2.6 release last month - this does address a few of the requirements noted here.

Any progress on this? We are having to use outside programs to distribute RFIs and submittals because we are on such a large project and have very large contact lists for these items.

The suggestion is for both, the ability to copy a group of contacts and also for a group of contacts to respond. We have consultants that are not working for the Architect so they have to respond first, then the Architect uploads the final response to close the submittal or RFI.

Most Architects want to be included in every RFI / Submittal. But to have the ability to have more than one company (or person) to respond. For instance the Architect & Landscape Architect. Both would respond on their thoughts.
But also have the ability to have CC' owners or other company personal to view.
