Remove Old Projects From Team for closeout/handover

We need to be able to remove a project off of TEAM and store it on an external hard drive as we need to keep our projects on file for up to 7 years.

  We realize this is an important part of closing out a project - both for your own records and to hand over to owners/clients where required. Comprehensive closeout/handover functionality is on our roadmap and we're currently working on a number of steps to get there - for example we first need to provide the ability to export a combined PDF of an item with a cover sheet and all attachments (coming soon!) and work from there.
