Have a "Completed" on the home screen. Move a project from the "Project" to the "Completed". This way you can still access project documents during the warranty phase. Once the warranty phase is complete you can close the project and export the project folders. What we would like to see is "Project" - these are active projects, "Completed" - work has been completed but we still need access to the documents and "Archives" - project can be closed out and documents are no longer needed.

Strongly agree with this idea. There needs to be a way to get completed projects out of everyone's list, but maintain the contacts who were assigned to this Project and allows them to get back to it if need be. There are lots of ways to do this, but a completed checkbox on 'Projects' and a 'Show Completed Projects' option on the users' project list would do the trick. I would upgrade this to the 'C'mon already' timeline. It seems relatively easy and effective. Now that we've been using Team for 2 years, we've got a lot of clutter, but definitely don't want to delete them. Thanks!
