Submit Your Suggestions for Viewpoint Team

Push Related Item information to Vista with records

If a related item is create in Team, that link is not following it to Vista.

For Example: If I have multiple RFIs that address a common issue throughout the building and create an Issue for that and relate those RFIs to that Issue, that relationship only exists in Team, not in Vista. I'd also like to see the Issue to show up on the RFIs as assigned in Team. This then facilitates creating the PCO from that Issue and creating the trail between all of these items.

Please add this functionality to best support additional functionality in Vista - eg doing change orders from RFIs or Issues - to round out functionality.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;

We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs. Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.
