Ability to add a "public" folder(s) in the documents folder structure that can be accessed via a unique URL without logging in to TEAM. Folder contents should be able to be downloaded with an optional upload capability.

Need tracking history for who accessed and downloaded, who items were shared with. Records of communication for all modules are VERY important!
Please consider voting for the ability to add security groups to the document folders and create a template with those security groups that can be apllied to the next project. See link below.

This is over a year old. Why is there no updates on this?
Still intending on doing this, but it's behind a few items right now. Namely the Drawing Mgmt tool. I renamed the title to 'External Folder' to separate it from the current Public Folders already in Documents.
Any update on this suggestion?
This is a necessity to our company. Currently we use Sharefile to transfer or request files too large to email. Sooner the better so we can drop using another site for this purpose.
