It would be extremely beneficial to setup a function where you can limit the time frame a user will be allowed to access a folder. It would be nice to see Team add a BIDDING module ( will write another suggestion for that ) but as a work around we are setting up a dummy project, then inviting our subcontractors to certain private folders so that they can access bid documents. Adding a function where we can limit how many days they have to get into the folder would be a nice additions. It would also be nice to get an email when that individual access the folder for the first time
