We added a "Reference" text field to RFIs, Submittals, and Issues in the 2.4 release

Suggestion- We utilize INT-RFI for Subs and Vendors so they can create RFI on TEAM. This type of RFI we have set to go to the PM of the Project. You can then in turn create related RFI to the A/E and they stay tied together somewhat. One minor shortcoming is once the formal RFI is answered and closed, you still have to go back into the related INT-RFI and cloes it out.
