Add option to not notify participants when Editing in Bulk

When editing many items at once, I want to have an option to NOT send out a notification of the changes as there may be instances where the change(s) do not warrant a notification

Anything on this yet Aaron? I have Engineers complaining on a couple of Projects they are getting notifications every time I make a date or any other minor changes on a sbmtl. There really needs to be an option for the Project Editor to check this off when needed.

Still looking for something on this. Too many notifications when such things like date changes trigger an email notification.

I'm going to vote on this and add a comment rather than opening a new suggestion, but I would like to have a way to turn off all e-mail notifications for an existing project.  I am trying to move all Vista RFI and Submittal users to Team.  I have a few in the small projects group that find it easier to handle their RFI and Submittal collection via e-mail or meeting, but are logging it in Vista.  I would like them to log it in Team, but I don't want it sending e-mails to people on things that have already happened.
This would also be helpful if someone is migrating a project to Team and needs to log Submittals and RFIs that are already complete.  E-mail blasts about things that are over will just confuse everyone.
Give me a checkbox to turn off notifications by project please.  You might want to add an 'Are you sure?' message.  Only Enterprise and Project Admins should have access.  Thanks!

Thanks Eric!  Notification management is certainly something that is high on our list and are close to "flipping the switch" to call this "Planned".  Stay tuned.
