For each submittal noted to resubmit , whether it be "Resubmit", "Approved as noted, Resubmit", etc, it would be nice for the program to automatically generate a duplicate item in the submittal register to track, under revision 1, 2, etc.

Right now there is an explicit action to Create a Revision at different stops in the submittal workflow (either when the submittal is first 'Submitted' or when it has been 'Rejected' from the approver). Would that cover this request?
