As with any predefined list that comes over from Vista we need the ability to add them in TEAM or Vista. In this case I added a new RFI type in the Vista instance that is connected to TEAM but it did not update TEAM. Stopping and restarting the browser did not invoke a refresh in TEAM.

With the 1.3 (March) release we added the ability to "Refresh" Vista data -- which includes type. As the Enterprise Admin: Admin Center >> Vista Settings >> Vista Refresh
