I would be helpful to be able to create folders under the attachment portion of the Submittal's/RFI's to allow for separation of Submitted and Review documents. This would reduce the confusion when users (Field People) are trying to view the reviewed final submittal. This way we are not relying on the Approver to name the file a certain way or having to rename files to make clear which is the reviewed submittal.

This would be helpful. Right now, the documents are just dumped in there. While naming can help clarify what the document is, having the ability to add folders would be a game changer.
