We have had users selecte an old email of a rejected submittal which took them to rev 0 which was closed. They did not realize a rev 1 had been created and opened for this submittal.
We'd like a notification that a newer revision is available for this submittal and/or default to always take you to the current rev first and you have the ability to jump back to older revisions.

This is a good idea. It would be great if the "Rev" number was more prevalent on the submittal screens. If you don't know what you are looking for, it is hard to understand which submittal version you are on.
