Set predefined approval work flows that you select when creating RFIs or Submittals- workflow would direct which approver and which order they should go in.
We might have a case where the architect wants to view everything first, then it needs to be routed to the electrical engineer. It would save time to set the workflow which would have the approvers and order it should be sent in and then just select those predefined workflows when setting up/issuing the submittal.

Many times the main approver does not want to see the submittal until it has gone through an approval workflow. This is the biggest complaint from our architects about this product.
Will gives us more flexibility and maybe convince architects to use Team rather than another collaboration tool.
