The generation of a stamp be created when the reviewer or the approver verifies the document. Specifically speaking with submittals, a lot of times the reviewer has to externally stamp the document with their personalized stamp. If there was an ability to upload the personal stamp and have it automated with Team's approving system it would help create the cover sheet reports much easier.
Trying to remove any additional external work that is done on documents and making all parties use in house features.
