Currently, contacts can only be invited to one project at a time. For construction companies with many open projects and many Contacts/Users/PMs, adding and inviting people is time-consuming. If a new employee starts and needs to be invited to 100 different projects, the admin must perform the same steps 100 times for that employee.
Team should contain a form where an admin could 1) first select a User and 2) second choose which Team Projects to add the User to as a Contact via either a checkbox list or multi-select drop-down list. There should also be the option to invite the User/Contact to all selected Team Projects directly from this screen; this function should send a single email listing all projects that the user/contact was invited to (instead of a sending a separate email for each project). Essentially, this bulk operation would be a great time-saver for companies with many projects and contacts.
