Is it possible to have a 3rd party approver during the owner approval process. If the option was available for the EOR to have a separate approval process to go hand in hand with the owners we could alleviate a lot of confusion during submittal, RFI and issue reviews. We have found a way around it utilizing the additional approver and comment but this could be improved upon by adding a field for 2nd or 3rd party approver.
