Comment sheet appearing at very bottom of page when printing Whenever I go to print a submittal or RFI that has been responded to, I always print it with the "include comments" box checked. That said, whenever it prints, it adds that comment page to the VERY bottom of the file. Some submittals are over 100 pages long, so you have to scroll or flip all the way to the end of the document to see the notes (of which many times they answer the question via a note).
Is there a way the notes or comments pages can go right after the cover sheet instead of at the very end?

Yes, having the comments at the end of a potentially long file is problematic making sure the comments get noticed. Would be even better if all comments could be included on the cover sheet. Which also needs to be available for mark up when approving the submittal.
