Using the BIC with a distribution list does not include a BIC Organization. This should default to the Primary Member's organization.

We also need to be able to customize the phone, email, address, etc. of the group on the cover sheet somehow.

History should also show who was in the group when it was sent as distribution groups could be fluid and changes.
