The "Sheet #" field currently does not update after the first drawing is uploaded to the "DRAWINGS" section.  If this field allowed automatic updates when new revisions are uploaded, users could incorporate the data into the drawing file names, providing a way to automatically update vital drawing information with new revisions uploaded to the system.  Data fields for drawing "Revision" number and "Status" are not provided on TEAM.   The "Revision" field on TEAM reflects the number of drawings uploaded (versions), rather than the actual revision number recorded on the drawing.  The "Revision" field on TEAM may be manually updated, but the field does not allow alphabetical characters, rendering it incompatible with alphabetical revisions recorded on project drawings.  Documentation of drawing data including accurate "revision" numbers and "status" are essential to best management practices for project document records management in the construction industry.  Allowing the "Sheet #" to automatically update would provide a work-around to the missing fields in the "DRAWINGS" section.  As well, it would eliminate the need to manually input drawing data following uploads of new revisions.  There are times when hundreds of drawings are involved, and this would be a major improvement in efficiency of the TEAM platform.
