Reason: In Fieldview when creating a process or punch list we create push pins to locations on a drawing. Almost every job our drawings have multiple revisions. So when we send out our punch list to the necessary party to make the correction or to verify the correction has been completed, they are using an outdated drawing. So then we need to go an update the drawing with most updated version within Fieldview. However, we potentially have 1000 drawings on one project with many revisions throughout the life of the project. We need to update each one which is a huge time constraint. The other major concern has incorrect drawings being used during construction. Currently, there is no way to automate the updating the drawings.
Recommendations: To be able to have a master file within Team which would then show the most updated drawing to Fieldview drawings.

Please eliminate the need for 2 platforms and develop punchlist right in Team. We are paying for a different 3rd party - Plangrid and will continue until it is developed within Team.

Would need to be able to pick which Team drawings should appear in Field View, I wouldn't want all of them there.
