Can we get more control on the RFI and Submittal workflow.
We like to have our rfi workflow determined and locked, so we can ensure all rfis can only get submitted to the rfi coordinator and then moved to the appropriate consultant by the CM and from the CM back down. This helps ensure all necessary parties are on the same page. no decisions can be made between the subcontractor and the consultants while keeping us out of the loop.
same concept for submittals

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

This would be extremely helpful. With the current workflow, as a GC when a Subcontractor sends a RFI, if I forward that RFI to the Architect, then the response goes directly from the Architect back to all parties involved. We would like the ability to review the response from an architect before it goes back to a subcontractor. Architects have also expressed the same issue when a submittal is forwarded to an Engineer, the response from the Engineer should stop at the Architect before coming to us as the GC and then stop at us as the GC before going to the Subcontractor.
