Currently if we rename an attachment on an RFI or Submittal, it shows correctly in Team until you download the file. The file gets downloaded with the old file name thus when we make any sort of adjustments to the markups on the drawing etc then re-upload it, because the file name is now different than what we renamed it in Team, it gets uploaded as a new attachment versus a new VERSION of the existing attachment.
I've confirmed with support that this is how the software is, but we rename files for very specific reasons and when they are downloaded, they need to maintain that file name so they get uploaded with version #s instead of separate attachments. It's causing a lot of confusion to our consultants.

To say it is causing a lot of confusion is an understatement. We have directed our Consultants to use the print function instead because it will download with the correct name. But, it involves a number of extra mouse clicks. This should be simple.
