Currently Teams pulls the status of an RFI from the "State" column and not the "Status" column. This is very confusing to many when you know your RFI has been Closed but is still showing as being Open. Yes you can go in and create a custom view of the grid tab. However, to newer members and collaborators it can still be very misleading. Please either make it so that the "Status" column pulls in the actual status of the RFI or make the "State" column the default visible column. Thank you.

Dear Viewpoint Suggestion Box contributor;
We at Viewpoint sincerely thank you for your contribution to Suggestion Box on how we can improve Viewpoint products. While we can’t do everything at once, we rely upon your feedback to help guide the prioritization of our product improvements, and Suggestion Box is a critical tool for us to understand and prioritize our customers’ needs.
Viewpoint reviews Suggestion Box regularly for all of our products and updates statuses, adds comments, and performs various house-keeping (including deleting) as needed to ensure that Suggestion Box is maintained as a productive environment for product enhancements requests.

Most of our users ignore the Status of RFIs since the State changes naturally with the progress of the RFI without the additional clicks to manage a Status. It takes a bit of training to know what each status means, but looking at the ball in court is also a great indicator of where it is in the process and what the next action is.
