One of my subcontractors uploaded an RFI and it went straight to the design team without me having the chance to "approve it". Is there a way for whenever a subcontractor issues an RFI, that is automatically comes to me (The general contractor) first, and once I review it, I can either "approve it" and send it through to the design team for official response, OR "reject" it and kick it back to the subcontractor?

Hi Walt, you can actually do this one today:
Assuming your subcontractors have one of the Project Collaborator-type roles (explained here) then they should only be able to send an RFI to users with the Project Editor-type roles. Or if you want to be more specific (and foolproof) you can set a default contact for RFIs by type in Project Settings (instructions here) - this will only allow Collaborators to send RFIs to a specific contact (you, or someone on your project team) - then you can answer the RFI, or reassign it from yourself to a member of the design team if it needs to go to them.
Some customers also use the Related Records function and create a new related RFI to correspond with the design team on and keep that correspondence chain entirely separate from the dialogue with their subcontractors.
